Day One

Arrive Darwin.

Welcome to Darwin and privately tour the city. Wander around the botanical gardens and Government House. Step back in time at Fannie Bay Gaol and East Point, site of the tragic WW2 bombing of Darwin.

Day Two

Darwin – Kakadu

Journey to World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. Pause at Fogg Dam Reserve, a major water bird feeding and roosting site. Take in the beautiful Leaning Tree Lagoon, a billabong strewn with delicate water lilies, and at Cooinda, board the Yellow Water Cruise to the heart of a pristine tropical environment. See your first glimpses of the extraordinary Top End wildlife, including saltwater crocs.

Day Three


Head to the southern end of Kakadu where pristine Gunlom will leave you awestruck. See the white sandy beach and waterfall immortalised in ‘Crocodile Dundee’. Hike to the top of the falls for a refreshing swim and rewarding views across the South Alligator Valley. Continue to Maguk and wander through lush rainforest to crystal-clear waterholes.

Day Four

Kakadu – Arnhem Land

Venture into Arnhem Land through some of the most stunning landscapes in the Top End. Meet traditional local artists and watch them work. Appreciate the best Aboriginal rock art in Australia, as your Aboriginal guide tells its story. Continue to Mt Borradaile, a registered Aboriginal sacred site. This beautiful culturally significant place is entrusted by the traditional owners to the late Max Davidson and his guides. Dine tonight on the poolside deck in magical surroundings.

Day Five

Arnhem Land

Admire the strikingly-beautiful landscape of rugged ranges, idyllic billabongs, floodplains, paperbark swamps and monsoonal rainforests inhabited for over 50,000 years. Later, choose from a variety of activities. Try your hand at barramundi fishing in Cooper Creek. Forage for bush tucker. Take a trip to the magnificent Aboriginal rock art galleries. Or a birdwatching cruise through the waterways.

Day Six

Arnhem Land – Darwin
